Quality Castings

Denison Industries has been ISO 9001 certified since 1994, and we have recently received our AS9100 certification.  We have in house capabilities for 100% dimensional layouts along with Radiographic and Liquid Penetrant testing to meet customers' requirements.  We have the capability to certify large castings to meet military, automotive, and aerospace requirements.  Along with our Automated CMM, we have a 12 foot Romer arm with laser scanning capabilities (Pictured on right) which enables us to scan product for comparison to the original 3D geometry.  Our non-destructive testing facility is complimented with an in-house ASNT Level III.

In addition to our ability to perform dimensional and NDT inspections, Denison Industries is supported by a well equipped Metallurgical Laboratory enabling us to carry out spectrographic analysis, mechanical, and non-destructive testing.  With the years of experience at Denison Industries, we have the capability to perform and supply FAI, ISR, and PPAP requirements accurately in a timely manner.
